Does Rendry track my screenshots?
No. We operate on a local-first philosophy. Your captures are kept strictly in browser memory and saved to your local downloads folder. No screenshot data is ever sent to our servers. The free tier makes zero network requests.
How does the annotation editor work?
"Open in Editor" is on by default for everyone (toggle it off in the popup for a one-click download). Right after capture, Rendry opens a new local tab with our editor. Crop, copy to clipboard, and PNG/PDF export are free; the markup tools — blur, arrows, shapes, and text — are Pro. Everything runs locally; nothing is uploaded.
What is ExtensionPay?
ExtensionPay is a secure paywall service built specifically for browser extensions. It manages licenses through Stripe. This allows us to securely process your payments using your checkout email without running a custom database or requiring a password profile.
